WWE wrestlers not allowed to be seen with TNA performers during WrestleMania 24 weekend
Mar 27, 2008 - 04:56 PM |
WWE officials told the wrestlers to avoid being seen in public with TNA wrestlers during WrestleMania 24 weekend, according to a story posted by Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com. As previously noted, Jeff Jarrett asked at least one TNA performer not to attend the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony he had already purchased tickets for. Powell’s POV: This seems like a petty move by both companies. Unless there's more to the story than I'm not aware of, I just don't understand what harm could come from WWE wrestlers fraternizing with their friends from TNA. Likewise, I don't think it would do TNA any harm if their performers attend the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.
This original source for the above news was Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com.
