Dot Net Exclusive: Jeff Jarrett doesn't want TNA performers to attend the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony
Mar 19, 2008 - 09:40 AM |
One TNA performer is telling friends that Jeff Jarrett asked him not to attend the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. Jarrett told the performer it would make the company look bad if cameras happened to catch him sitting in the crowd. Apparently, this person purchased his own ticket because he wanted to see Ric Flair’s induction in person.
Powell’s POV: I think Jeff is overreacting. I understand the knee jerk reaction that TNA would look low budget if their talent were shown sitting with fans, but I really don’t think it’s a problem as long as they dress and conduct themselves like stars. If nothing else, I think it would make the performers look classy for paying tribute to Flair. It might even create some good will with fans who see those performers in the crowd.
