According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, this has led to speculation that he is planning to wrestle in a match at WrestleMania. Powell’s POV: Based on the current story lines, one can only assume that the match would involve Finlay and/or Hornswoggle. For what it’s worth, Vince is advertised for a return to the ring on Raw for a match against Hornswoggle on tonight’s pre-taped Raw.
