Angle says WWE is only “slightly” beating TNA in the ratings
Feb 13, 2008 - 11:58 AM

Kurt Angle made it seem like the ratings battle between TNA and WWE is much closer than it is while discussing the company’s new video game release. “It’s just that right now WWE is slightly beating us in the ratings and they have the advantage because they’ve had experience,” Angle told Videogamer.com. “This is our first video game. This is big for us, this is huge.” He went on to predict that it will only take a month for TNA's video game to overtake the WWE branded game.

Powell’s POV: It’s great that Angle is excited about TNA’s first video game. However, it’s hard to take his hype for the game seriously when he stretches the truth about the television ratings.
