-Multiple sources have now confirmed that TNA suspended Awesome Kong. The decision was made to suspend her after she refused to appear on the UK tour. As previously noted, Kong and the company are in the midst of a contractual dispute, as she has asked repeatedly for a pay increase.
-Although the official Universal Studios schedule now lists March 8-9 as dates for the TNA Impact tapings, talent schedules still list March 1-2.
Powell's POV: I believe Kong was suspended for a couple weeks. It might be a slap on the wrist situation given that there was a such a large gap between television tapings. It's possible the suspension will conclude before Sunday's pay-per-view and the next round of television tapings next week.
Meanwhile, it's possible that the company hasn't updated the talent schedule to reflect a change back to the March 8-9 tapings that are advertised on the Universal Studios website. However, it's also possible that they switched the Universal schedule to throw people off regarding the rumored March 1 live show on Spike TV. I can only tell you that TNA talent are planning to be in Orlando on March 1 unless they hear otherwise.
