-Former AWA and WWE wrestler Jim Brunzell is 65 today. He was born on August 13, 1949. He currently works in sales and spoke about his job and told some fun stories on a fairly recent appearance on the Tom Barnard Podcast, which can also be found at Podcastone.com.

-Former pro wrestler Spike Dudley (a/k/a Matt Hyson) is 44 today. He was born on August 13, 1970.

-Former WWE and WCW wrestler Brian Adams died on August 13, 2007 at age 43. He was found unconscious by his wife and was pronounced dead when paramedics arrived. The cause of death was never officially released.

-Lance Cade (a/k/a Lance McNaught) died on August 13, 2010 at age 29. The cause of death was ruled accidental and cited intoxication from mixing drugs that complicated a cardiomyopathy.
