TNA Impact Hits

Matt Morgan attacks Kurt Angle: The storyline with Angle, Morgan, and the Main Event Mafia has been done pretty well. It began with Morgan wanting to join the Mafia and Angle making him jump through hoops to do it. I just hope this does not turn out to be a swerve. I like that Morgan has positioned himself against Angle since his goal should be the TNA Championship.

Homicide joins the World Elite: I actually liked this because Homicide has been a forgotten man lately, so I'm hoping his inclusion in the group will at least get him some quality television time and more importantly, I hope we get an actual program between Homicide and Hernandez.

Taylor Wilde and Sarita vs. Alissa Flash and Daffney: This was a solid woman's tag team match while it lasted. Unfortunately, they were not given a lot of time, but they went out there and had an enjoyable match.

Kevin Nash, Mick Foley, and Abyss: Along with Dr. Stevie, I like how these four men are all intertwined. This shows direction and focus on a program other than the World Title. They have building and hyping these feuds for weeks and the buildup has been well done.

Tag team gauntlet match: Two teams that are the future of TNA and two teams that have paved the way. I actually liked how the show began with the match in process. I cannot recall seeing that in a long time, so it was interesting to say the least.

D'Angelo Dinero: I like that he is feuding with Suicide because it shows that the X Division has depth. The championship feud is a great one and there are plenty of stars ready to challenge for the belt. Dinero has come in and really looked like a star.

The Beautiful People: This is a sentimental hit for me because I am going to miss seeing them on camera together.

TNA Impact Misses

Promo with Sting, Matt Morgan, Kurt Angle, and A.J. Styles: I'm glad this thing finally paid off at the end of the show because these promos are not very good. Everybody knows Angle is getting played and I still cannot get beyond Morgan's promo style. Sting and Styles are not exactly great on the mic either.

The Motor City Machine Guns: Yes, they were pretty funny on the show. However, the point here is that they need to be wrestling. They are great and exciting wrestlers. Christopher Daniels had to play the Curry Man character inexplicably and now the Guns are being kept out of the ring. I don't get it.

Cody Deaner: Please make it stop. TNA has a wealth of female talent so please, make it stop. I hope this is a one pay-per-view thing and they can get back to normal when it is over.

Hector Gurrero: I know he is a Guerrero, but damn, it is pretty obvious he is trying to act exactly like Eddie. I also did not like this because Hernandez has proven to be a good talker, so he doesn't need anyone to take the mic for him.
