WWE Superstars Hits
Kofi Kingston vs. Matt Hardy vs. MVP: This was a very enjoyable match that told a nice story. They were given ample time and in the past, we know Hardy and MVP can work very well together. With Kofi's unusual offense and high flying ability, he added a nice wrinkle. I would like to see a long term one on one feud with Kofi and either of the other two, so maybe that will be the next progression.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Jimmy Wang Yang: I list this here not because it was a great match by any means, but because Ziggler picked up a television victory. The Ziggler character has been one of my favorites after a slow start and I am glad he is getting a chance to shine. Hopefully he defeats the Great Khali at the PPV on Sunday because if he does, he could fit nicely into an upper midcard program.
Evan Bourne vs. Jack Swagger: Bourne faced two opponents this week, in Tyson Kidd and Swagger, that I know I would love to see him have high profile feuds with. Both matches were kept relatively short and for now, that is just fine with me. Normally, you would not want to see potential PPV matches thrown away, but it was a treat to see them work and once they do have a program, having this match will not hinder it at all.
Overall show: Not much to this show besides the three matches and I enjoyed them all for different reasons. Again, Superstars did what it does best.
WWE Superstars Misses
Nothing: There was nothing to complain about regarding this show. I sat down to watch it and before I knew it, it was over. Three enjoyable matches and the proper filler equate to a quality hour of TV.
