WWE Superstars Hits

Tommy Dreamer vs. David Hart Smith: I think everyone was waiting to see Smith on television since his match with Finlay. This was not a classic by any means, but I enjoyed it. I don't want to see the Hart Dynasty members cheating to win their matches all of the time, but I liked seeing them outsmart their opponent here.

Christian on commentary: Christian was fantastic at the booth for the aforementioned bout. I know I am positively biased for the guy, but how can anyone listen to him and watch him wrestle, yet not see him as the top guy on either main show?

Chris Jericho: Speaking of top guys, how good was his promo? On top of that, he was fantastic during the main event (see below).

Jeff Hardy and R-Truth vs. Chris Jericho and Dolph Ziggler: Enjoyable main event on a typically wrestling heavy show. Hardy and Jericho are obvious main event talents. Truth is a solid midcard guy. What this show is going to do is give wrestlers like Ziggler opportunities to be in main events. Something like this will go a long way.

Overall show: If you survived the first part of the show (see below), you were treated to a very good show. Dammit WWE, less is more!

WWE Superstars Misses

Hornswoggle pins The Brian Kendrick: UGH! I know Kendrick is very far away from the guy who challenged for the WWE Championship on a pay-per-view, but he is getting pinned by a midget? What is that? Kendrick and Jamie Noble could make a hell of a tag team, but they are being jobbed out to a Leprechaun and gimmick wrestler that goes back and forth to TNA more often than the gold digger who has a streaky, gambler husband.
