WWE Superstars Hits

Ted DiBiase vs. Evan Bourne: I know some people like Bourne and others do not, but I feel he has that “it” factor I so frequently talk about. They could put a top belt on DiBiase right now and I would be cool with that. Imagine if they (WWE) took a chance and put this on as the main event of Raw? I realize a lot of people would be dumbfounded, but it would be a damn good main event.

Sheamus vs. Shelton Benjamin: The best feud building has been going on every Tuesday night on ECW. Sheamus had a great debut feud with a rejuvenated Goldust, and they have followed up nicely with Shelton. Remember, Dustin Rhodes used to be a hell of a worker and he has been very good this time around. It doesn’t get much better than Shelton in the ring, so Sheamus is getting some kick ass on the job training.

William Regal video: They show a video like this every week on Superstars and at first, I thought it was more of a filler thing, but I have changed my tune. Why not use some airtime to focus on a star (or stars) of one of the three brands? Regal has a good thing going right now with Ezekiel Jackson and Vladimir Kozlov, so why not bring that to the attention of those people who may not watch on Tuesday night?

WWE Superstars Misses

Cryme Tyme defeats The Hart Dynasty: The match itself was a hit. The reason I listed it here is simply because Cryme Tyme won the match. Cryme Tyme received a SummerSlam match against Chris Jericho and The Big Show for the WWE Tag Team Championships. I doubt many people want to see them with the straps, but a lot of people see the Harts as future main event stars. They had momentum with some victories for awhile there, but now they have been turned back severely over the past few weeks. On top of that, we’ve seen the match (or a combination of it) a little too often.
