Shore's WWE Capitol Punishment Preview and Predictions: Both mid-card titles on the line, John Cena vs. R-Truth for the WWE title, and Randy Orton vs. Christian for the World Heavyweight title

The following predictions are made with no inside knowledge or clairvoyance as to what the finishes will be. They are projections made based on what WWE has done and what I think they will do. Check back tonight for Jason Powell and Chris Shore's live coverage reviews of WWE Captiol Punishment. Dot Net Members can look forward to an exclusive audio review later tonight. John Cena vs. R-Truth for the WWE Championship: I have thoroughly enjoyed R-Truth's heel turn and build to this moment. He has been everything I had hoped he would be when he debuted. Better late than never I guess. I originally thought Truth would move down to face John Morrison again, but something tells me Morrison isn't ready yet. Look for Truth to win in some manner that doesn't make the title change hands to continue this feud.
R-Truth wins the match, but not the WWE Championship.
Randy Orton vs. Christian for the World Heavyweight Championship: This is the match that promises to steal the show. Whether it keeps that promise depends on if Orton is limited at all from the concussion he suffered. My guess is that he won't be and this match will deliver big. I know they are going to stay with this for a while, but I'm not sure how. I give Christian and outside chance to win the belt, but I think Randy Orton retains in a way that continues the feud.
Randy Orton retains the World Heavyweight Championship.
Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler for the United States Championship: I appreciate WWE having both mid-card titles on the show, but they gave us a bad story on one and no story on the other. This is the one with no real story. I expect this will go on next month as well so look for Kofi to retain here.
Kofi Kingston retains the United States Championship.
Wade Barrett vs. Ezekiel Jackson for the Intercontinental Championship: As much as I want to get behind this story, this has been bad after bad, week after week. This might be the match I care the least about on the card, and Kofi vs. Dolph doesn't even really have a story behind it! That said, there's no reason to expect Zeke not to walk away with the title here and continue the push he was supposed to have after the end of ECW.
Ezekiel Jackson wins the Intercontinental Championship.
Big Show vs. Alberto Del Rio: I wonder if this one will even get off the ground. Big Show is playing an out of control character, and I don't know how they could make Del Rio look credible in the face of an enraged giant. Hell, I'm not sure how they avoid a squash match here without something fluky. I think Del Rio wins by DQ to further enrage Show and continue this decent into the dark side of the Big Show.
Alberto Del Rio wins by disqualification.
Alex Riley vs. The Miz: I am most interested in watching this match to see how Riley does with the crowd. Sure, he gets a great pop when he comes out right now, but can he sustain the crowd through the match and keep them on his side. I'm a little skeptical that he can, but I hope he proves me wrong. Miz wins here to keep this feud alive, and don't be surprised if another "personal services contract" is enacted before this match to provide Miz some muscle to get it done.
The Miz wins.
Rey Mysterio vs. C.M. Punk: All signs point to CM Punk taking a hiatus when his contract expires with WWE. I can't imagine they would put him over here unless Truth is leaving the main event slot temporarily so Cena can work with Punk on his way out. I don't expect that to be the case, so Rey Mysterio wins in what will probably be a very good opening match (yes, that's a prediction too).
Rey Mysterio wins.
