The only good things about tonight's Raw were seeing Trish Stratus and Ron Simmons, the continued push of William Regal, and the segment with Roddy Piper up until Cody Rhodes and Cryme Tyme came out.
The in-ring action was mostly sub-par. I hate how Mr. Kennedy had to job to Chavo Guerrero in his first match back on TV. Chavo shouldn't be taking part in Heat under-card matches, let alone getting the pin in the Raw main event. I think the WWE really missed an opportunity to boost Kennedy. I think that boosting potential Raw main-eventers should be the company's priority instead of protecting middling ECW clowns that nobody gives a damn about. The only thing that could have redeemed that main event fiasco is if Mike Adamle had gotten a chair shot over the head. Maybe it would knock some marginal intelligence into him.
I would love to see a Regal vs. Triple H feud over the summer that results in Regal getting a one or two month title reign as a reward for everything he has done for the company over the years. Finally, is there any truth to the rumor that Ashley will be main eventing One Night Stand this June?

I have to disagree on Raw tonight. I thought Raw was a lot more fun tonight than it's been in a while. The William Regal lights stuff had me a bit perturbed at first, but I think it was a nice build to the end of the show, because I was expecting Regal to come out, not for the surprise attack from Randy Orton.
I loved the Cabana segment, and so did everyone I watched it with. No, there weren't long matches tonight, there weren't clean endings, but from top to bottom I had fun watching the show, which is all I ask from it. It wasn't the same predictable drivel I'm usually subjected to.
I watch Smackdown to see good long matches, more in the vein on a traditional wrestling program. I watch Raw for fun, unpredictable programming, which is what I felt they delivered tonight. I had about 20 people watching with me, and we all were happy that we got a change from the monotonous, same old stuff Raw usually produces.
