WWE's latest talent cut, no room for managers in pro wrestling, Brock Lesnar vs. Fedor, the newest wrestler on the ECW roster, traditional Survivor Series matches

-It was no surprise to see WWE cut Armando Estrada. The talented talker hadn't appeared on television in recent weeks and there's apparently no place in the company for traditional managers. That's one WWE stance I don't understand. You can't tell me that Vladimir Kozlov and Mike Knox wouldn't be better off if they had someone like Estrada, James Mitchell, or Larry Sweeney doing the talking for them.
I know Vince McMahon has a bad memory, but has he forgotten how Bobby Heenan , Jimmy Hart, and others talked fans into buying tickets during the Hulk Hogan era? Has Vince also forgotten how helpful Paul Heyman was during Brock Lesnar's run?
-By the way, what is stopping WWE from making all their cuts at once? Do they enjoy leaving their performers hanging for weeks on end? Perhaps there are some extenuating circumstances that I'm not aware of, but it seems like they're really dragging this process out much longer than they need to.
-Fedor wants to fight Brock Lesnar. If he really wants this fight, then he should seriously consider negotiating a realistic contract with UFC rather than trying to hook up his friends with deals that UFC wants no part of. Fedor might be the best heavyweight fighter in the world, but he'll never prove it definitively without working for UFC.
-D.J. Gabriel's dance routine is straight out of the Alex Wright playbook. I always got a kick out of Wright's routine, but it was nothing more than a guilty pleasure. Wright never became more than an undercard act in WCW and it's hard to believe Gabriel is going to go any further if the focus of his act is his dance routine.
That being said, I'm already looking forward to his next match since it means we'll also get to see Alicia Fox getting her groove on. I don't know what they had planned for her character on Smackdown, but I was disappointed when they wrote her out of the Edge and Vickie Guerrero storyline.
-Is anyone excited about the traditional Survivor Series matches that have been booked for Sunday's pay-per-view? I don't remember these matches seeming so meaningless in the early days of the annual pay-per-view. I guess we're supposed to be excited to see wrestlers from all three brands teaming together and facing each other, but it's not doing much for me.
I wish WWE would get creative and come up with ways to make these matches seem meaningful. Maybe it's as simple as giving the surviving members title shots on television next month or something along those lines.
