It's hard to stay focussed with so much going on, still counting down the hours to Monday's WWE Raw, last minute fantasy football help

-It's hard to stay focussed on pro wrestling on a non-pay-per-view Sunday when there's a full slate of NFL games and the Minnesota Twins trying to bring home the American League Central Division Title.
Watching the Twins over the last two days has been as frustrating as watching a bad TNA pay-per-view. I've spent the last 48 hours trying not to throw my remote control through my television as the Twins squandered chance after chance in their series with the Kansas City Royals.
The Royals even remind me of VInce Russo's booking. They don't have any heels and they don't have any babyfaces. It's just a bunch of bland guys. Don't get me wrong, the Royals playing great baseball right now, but I'm not a diehard MLB fan so I couldn't have named more than three or four players off their team before this series started.
It's a big change from our last series with the Chicago White Sox. Now those guys are heels. A.J. Pierzynski is the biggest villain in baseball. He even has Ric Flair's platinum blond hair. I keep waiting for him to strut to home plate and let out a "Wooooo!" before he bats. Call me crazy, but I've always had a soft spot for A.J. because he did a hell of a job when he played for the Twins. Plus, he's a huge wrestling fan so you have to respect that.
Forgive me for not being a savvy enough MLB fan to know all the names, but what's up with the two White Sox who dye their facial hair? Who sits down with a clear head and decides they're going to bleach their facial hair? Are they trying to get over as a gay heel tag team?
White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen definitely plays a Russo-like tweener when he comes to Minnesota. He's never afraid to say what's on his mind (he even said one of his own pitchers isn't a big game performer), but he always babyfaces the Twins by talking about how much he enjoys the way they play the game and do all the little things right.
Honestly, I'm just happy the Twins kept things interesting through the first part of the Minnesota Vikings season. I didn't expect much from the Twins without Johan Santana and Torrie Hunter, but the young guys that replaced them have stepped in and done a hell of a job. Win or lose this weekend, I like where my favorite baseball team is headed.
-While we're not talking about pro wrestling, don't forget that you can get last minute help with your fantasy football lineups by checking out the weekly "Bench or Start?" article I write for UGO.com.
-By the time Monday morning rolls around, my focus will shift back to pro wrestling, as I will be attending the WWE Raw show at Target Center tomorrow night. Rich Twilling will be flying solo with the Dot Net Live Coverage tomorrow night and I'll have a full recap of my off-camera observations either late Monday night or sometime Tuesday morning.
I am baffled by WWE's decision to advertise Chris Jericho and Kane vs. Rey Mysterio and Batista as the main event in local television commercials. Do they really think people are going to hear about that match and decide they can't miss the show?
Shouldn't the dark match main event be enticing enough to make viewers feel like they are going to see something special? If I were on the fence about attending this show live I saw this match listed as the main event, I'd stay home and watch Raw on television.
My guess is that the average sees the local commercials and assumes the tag match is the main event of the actual Raw broadcast. I'm sorry, but that's just not a match I'd pay to see in person when I could watch it at home for free. I'm not saying the match won't be entertaining, but it doesn't feel special or newsworthy.
