WWE Raw Hitlist: Vince McMahon vs. Stan Kroenke, 10-man NBA themed tag match, Ric Flair calls out Randy Orton, Vickie Guerrero and Santino Marella, Mr. Kennedy returns

WWE Raw Hits

None: The "two-hour thrill ride" was one of the most pathetic editions of Raw I've ever sat through. The skit with the Stan Kroenke impersonator was downright embarrassing, and the overall show served as nothing more than a reminder to viewers that the Nuggets and Lakers were playing on ABC. Sure, WWE garnered some mainstream media attention for this show, yet they did nothing to lure back the viewers who may have tuned in specifically because of the media attention they received, let alone sell them or even regular viewers on the pay-per-view.

WWE Raw Misses

Vince McMahon vs. Stan Kroenke: Does anyone other than Vince care about the real Stan Kroenke? I'd never heard of the guy before the Denver Debacle and I'm a big sports fan. It's not like they were screwed over by Mark Cuban or a high profile owner. Therefore, WWE didn't come across as sympathetic and wrestling fans who don't live in Denver or Los Angles couldn't have cared less about the debacle. Hell, 49 percent of the Dot Net voters wanted the company to take the week off because Raw has been so lousy lately. Sports entertainment sucks.

10-man tag main event: Another reminder that the Lakers and Nuggets were playing a game head-to-head on another network. The idea that the wrestlers would willingly wear the jerseys for this skit is asinine.

Ric Flair calls out Randy Orton: Batista thinks Ric Flair should stay away. Randy Orton basically pitied him. Is WWE intentionally making Flair look pathetic because he plans to return to the ring outside WWE?

Mr. Kennedy's return: The mystery of the main event was who the fifth babyface would be. Kennedy came out early in the show and killed the suspense by announcing that he was back and would wrestle in the main event. How anticlimactic was that? Worse yet, he suffered an apparent wrist injury when he took the RKO.

David Stern, Jerry Buss, and Jack Nicholson impersonators: This may have been the dumbest part of the entire two-hour disaster. It wasn't funny, and the impersonators did nothing aside from tell viewers that WWE is low budget and doesn't attract the big stars. Watching the Bella Twins flirt with the Jack impostor was ridiculous.

Goldust and Hornswoggle: Does anyone other than Vince McMahon and Brian Gewirtz find this act entertaining? Pathetic.

Kelly Kelly vs. Maryse: Was Maryse really disqualified for pushing Kelly over the announcers' table? Keep in mind that this was the match that WWE opted to hype on their website before the show. In other words, they wanted to raise expectations for a short match that featured one of the silliest finishes in history.

Vickie Guerrero vs. Santina in a hog pen match: That's what all the oinking is about? See Goldust and Hornswoggle.
