WWE Draft scouting report: Will C.M. Punk leave ECW? Are the tag team champions splitting?

Our multipart series on the WWE Draft concludes with a look at the ECW roster. If you missed my rundown of the Raw roster, click here. If you missed my take on the Smackdown roster, click here.
Armando Estrada: He's already considered a free agent in the sense that he doesn't have a contract according to his current storyline. He hasn't shown enough in the ring to make me think he's ready for a run on Raw or Smackdown.
Bam Neely: Tied to La Familia, but I could see him staying behind on ECW while the rest of the faction is on Smackdown. He hasn't stood out since his debut and leaving him behind on ECW would lead to a less visible role.
Big Daddy V: He hasn't made any appearances since before WrestleMania 24 and I don't see why they'd bring him back and move him off ECW.
Boogeyman: See Big Daddy V.
Chavo Guerrero: With ECW slated to move to Monday, one can only assume that there will be a trade to move Chavo to Smackdown to keep La Familia going.
C.M. Punk: They have to get him off ECW and onto Raw or Smackdown. I don't even care which brand he goes to as long as he's off ECW by the end of Monday night.
Colin Delaney: He's had a fun act on ECW and I can't think of any reason to move him.
Elijah Burke: I could see Burke going to Smackdown. They did that gimmick with him recently where they pointed out that he's a talented wrestler who just hasn't been able to pull off that big win. Meanwhile, he hasn't really been involved in an ECW storyline lately.
John Morrison: One can only assume that the tag champions will be moved to Smackdown since ECW is going to be taped on Monday nights soon. Of course, they could always drop the straps on Monday night in an interpromotional match. Either way, I think Morrison has accomplished everything he can on ECW and I'd like to see him get a singles run on Smackdown.
Kane: There's no reason to move the ECW Champion.
Kofi Kingston: He's been getting a nice push on ECW and I'm not so sure he'd get the same treatment elsewhere. He should stay put.
Matt Striker: I don't see Striker moving unless they want him to talk for someone in a manager's role on one of the other brands.
Mike Knox: Whatever happened to that story about the steroids that were found in a shoebox next to another shoebox that contained Knox's contract? Anyways, he seems fine on ECW. He lost his biggest creative backer when Paul Heyman left the company.
Nunzio: An ECW original who probably isn't going anywhere. So talented, so yet wasted in WWE.
Shelton Benjamin: He's locked in a program with Kofi Kingston, but they could wrap that up quickly if they feel Shelton is needed on another brand. WWE wants to push more African American performers, which can only help his cause.
Stevie Richards: An ECW original. No reason to move him.
The Miz: I hope they keep the Miz and Morrison team together a while longer, but I think Miz is less likely to move if they choose to give his partner a singles push. Here's hoping they both end up on Smackdown and that Paul London and Brian Kendrick join them.
Tommy Dreamer: See Stevie Richards. Would Tommy cry if they moved him away from his beloved ECW?
