MMA News: Spike TV launching a Bellator reality show

Bellator Fighting Championships will produce a reality show that will air on Spike TV in 2013. "Some of the most physically-gifted and fascinating athletes in the world fight in Bellator, and I believe they make ideal subjects for an innovative new non-scripted series," stated producer Bertram van Munster. Powell's POV: Bertram van Munster is a co-creator and an executive producer of The Amazing Race on CBS, and he will produce the Bellator reality show. Here's hoping its more than just a knockoff of The Ultimate Fighter, which is struggling in the ratings on FX. Bellator moves to Spike from MTV2 in January 2013.
