The slim odds of Paul Heyman taking over the TNA creative job took a major blow on Friday when it was announced that he and partner Mitchell Stuart opened an advertising agency and landed a major deal. Heyman and Stuart's company inked a deal with EA Sports to promote the video game powerhouse's MMA video game.

"This was not a coincidence," Heyman told MMA Fighting regarding the EA deal. "I mean, could they have come to me and wanted me do their boxing game with Manny Pacquiao? Yes, they could have. Or the Madden game? Or the NHL game? I would love to do the Tiger Woods game, and

"I'm going to have the balls to pitch it off of the quality of the work that we did in the MMA game, I'm certainly going to pitch, 'Hey, give me the Tiger Woods. Let me work with other personalities; I'll bring their personalities out in a manner that you haven't seen before.'" To read more on the story, check out Ariel Helwani's article at MMAFighting.com.

Powell's POV: This is a huge coup for Heyman and Stuart. It will be interesting to see how this affects whatever relationship Heyman has with UFC, as he's a regular at Brock Lesnar fights. Dana White hasn't exactly been kind when talking about EA's MMA game. Nevertheless, this is great news for Heyman and his business partner, but bad news for those of us who were hoping he'd take over TNA creative.
