Powell's POV: The main event was terrible with very little action. People were leaving before and during the fight, and I would estimate that there were less than 100 fans left in the building while they finally wrapped up the post-fight interviews. The rest of the show was entertaining. The women had a great fight, and it was cool to see Larson and Menne fight in their home state.

There were an estimated 2,500 people in attendance. They put up a large curtain to cut off half the arena, but they still didn't fill up the lower bowl of the building. The ring announcer made this show about an hour longer than it needed to be. He had the pipes and delivery for the job, but he was really long winded and couldn't wait to tell us how long he's "had the privilege of knowing" fill in the fighter. Despite the lousy main event and the ring announcer, I'd definitely check out future shows if they return to Target Center. For what it's worth, I'd rather see them run the smaller Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul.
