Former WWE wrestler Vito LoGrasso claims he made his MMA debut in the Dominican Republic recently. According to a press release, he won the fight after a three-round decision. "The Wrestling Business has been on a down slide, so I finally decided to get off the couch and do it," Vito stated. “It was a huge learning experience! MMA is no joke. It is to be taken seriously and is not something for the average person with no experience to do. It takes a lot of commitment and training." [Thanks to Keith Lipinski]

Powell's POV: This is the first time I've heard about Vito fighting in MMA. The press release notes that he suffered two black eyes and bruised ribs. I don't know anyone in the Dominican Republic, so I guess we'll have to take Vito's word for it.
