ESPN Classic is airing a four-hour block of AWA programming today beginning at 11:00 a.m. CT.
The 11 a.m. show features Samoan Kid vs. Mando Guerrero, Midnight Rockers vs. Anderson and Richards, Teijo Khan vs. Knight, The Crusher and Red Bastien vs. Ray Stevens and Nick Bockwinkel, The Nasty Boys vs. Rock-n-Roll Express. The show was taped on Apr. 17, 1988.
The noon show features Knight vs. Guerrero, Samoan Joe vs. Brian Knobs, Ataka vs. Ali Khan, Curt Hennig vs. Jerry Lawler for the AWA Title, Greg Gagne vs. Paul Diamond for the AWA TV Title, Davey Richards and Krusher Krugnoff vs. Rock-n-Roll Express. The show was taped on May 8, 1988.
