Dot Net Member Zim attended the NECW event in Bridgewater, Mass. on Friday and sent the following recap of the second match of Colt Cabana vs. Adam Pearce "Seven Levels of Hate" series for the NWA Championship.

Colt Cabana defeated Adam Pearce in a Boston Street Fight, which was the second match in the "Seven Levels of Hate" series for the NWA Championship. Cabana leads the series 2-0. Both men brawled out of the ring and through the crowd. Chairs-a-plenty. I was bummed not to see Cabana's amazingly unique offense in ring but the excitement level was so high that it didn't matter in the end.

The finish came when Colt hit a top rope moonsault during which his foot went through the ceiling, but he nailed it perfectly anyway. It was the best moonsault I have seen live, impressive for Cabana's size too. Pearce kicked out, Cabana locked in the Billy Goats Curse, and Pearce's arm dropped three times. Cabana won in roughly 12 minutes. The crowd was solidly behind Cabana, who is one of the best out there right now and without a doubt one of the top two or three wrestlers on the American indies today.

Powell's POV: The third match of the series will be an "I Quit" match that will take place on July 7 at the Steel Domain Wrestling event in Hopkins, Minnesota at the Hopkins Pavilion. The four match will a best of three falls match at the Metro Pro Wrestling event on July 21 in Kansas City, Kansas.
