Kimbo Slice to face former WWE performer on CBS live MMA show

Kimbo Slice will face Ken Shamrock in the main event of the Oct. 4 EliteXC show on CBS, according to Sherdog.com. The story notes that other candidates for Slice's opponent were Sean Gannon and Brett Rogers.
Powell's POV: EliteXC drew lousy ratings for their last CBS show, so it makes sense to load this event with a major main event. I'm actually intrigued by this match. Shamrock is past his prime, but it will be interesting to see if he can avoid Kimbo's striking and further expose Kimbo as a one dimensional fighter.
