Independent promotion Prowrestling Evo (based in Concord, N.C.) is holding their annual EVO Eight tournament tonight. As hype for the event, EVO is airing their first live online pre-show hosted by Dot Net's own Chris Shore. The pre-show starts at 6:15 CT and will last approximately 30 minutes. Powell's POV: Shore is on a carb-free diet and his wife hasn't consumed anything other than juice for over a week. Oh, and they have four kids running around the house. While I give them both a lot of credit, there is a 50/50 chance that Shore officially loses his mind and starts barking at the moon during the live stream tonight. If that's not enough incentive to watch then I'm not sure what is. Plus, we can all play a drinking game. Whenever Shore gets tongue-tied or misspeaks, be sure to drink along with me. I'm hoping to have a hell of a buzz by the end of the broadcast.
