AWE PPV lineup: Kevin Nash and a mystery partner to face The Rock-n-Roll Express, Terry Funk vs. Tommy Dreamer, Finlay, The Midnight Express, Jim Duggan, Perry Saturn, Lita, Tammy Sytch, and more
Oct 5, 2011 - 07:15 PM

The following matches are advertised for the October 15 Awesome Wrestling Entertainment pay-per-view.

-Kevin Nash and a mystery partner vs. The Rock-n-Roll Express

-Terry Funk vs. Tommy Dreamer

-Jim Duggan vs. Mohammad Akbar

-Perry Saturn vs. C.W. Anderson

-Finlay vs. Alex Silva (w/Buddy Landel)

-Sonjay Dutt vs. Jamin Olivencia

-The Midnight Express vs. The Mulkey Brothers

-Short Sleeve Sampson vs. Abo Shongo

Powell's POV: Other advertised performers include Dallas Page, Amy "Lita" Dumas, Tammy "Sunny" Sytch, Ivan Koloff, Tracy Smothers, Tully Blanchard, Baby Doll, George South, Buzzsaw, One Man Kru, Preston Michaels, Rip Sawyer, Bulldozer, Chase Owens, and Chris Hamrick. The broadcast team features Chris Cruise, Larry Zbyszko, and Dutch Mantel.

The show will be held in Fisherville, Va. and will be broadcast on In Demand and DirecTV pay-per-view. It is legitimately listed on both websites. The news of this being a televised pay-per-view rather than an online show surprised more than one person who is appearing on this show. In fact, one of the people I informed was certain that I was mistaken, but it is indeed a televised pay-per-view with a $24.95 price tag.
