Nick Hogan pleads no contest, hearing airing live
May 9, 2008 - 01:15 PM

Nick Hogan pleaded no contest rather than guilty to the charge of felony reckless driving involving a serious bodily injury on Friday. The court hearing is being streamed live on TMZ.com. Portions of the hearing have also been airing on MSNBC.com.

Hulk Hogan and Linda Bollea are seated behind Nick and his attorney. Brooke Hogan is seated next to her mother, and a woman (believed to be Linda's mother) is sitting between Brooke and Hulk. You can watch the footage at TMZ.com.

Powell's POV: The district attorney is coming down hard on some of the statements that Hulk has made in interviews. He specifically noted that this was not an accident. Rather, it was Nick's fault for street racing. Members of the Graziano family are also testifying.
