Ultimate Warrior's website team issued a statement regarding their concerns for his safety at his June 25 return match in Barcelona, Spain. The web team claims that a group called "Anti-Warriors" has launched a Myspace page and are threatening to disrupt his return match against Orlando Jordan. You can read more about their concerns at UltimateWarriorTV.com.
Powell’s POV: A group of 800 people have apparently signed on as "Anti-Warriors." Of that group, I'm guessing between zero and none actually plan to attend the Warrior's first match. Let me guess, pay-per-view buys aren't living up to expectations thus far? Is this when Warrior demands more money from the promotion because he fears for his life?
Call me a skeptic, but doesn't it seem just a little odd that Warrior's web team would provide links to the Anti-Warrior Myspace page and Youtube video? Shame on me for playing along, I guess.
