Retired pro wrestler arrested

Retired pro wrestler Dick Slater (a/k/a Richard Van Slater) was arrested in Pinellas Park, Florida on Sunday for failing to appear in court on a petit theft charge, according to MyFoxTampaBay.com. The 61 year-old Slater is being held on $2,026 bail. [Thanks to Dot Net reader David Scherich]

Powell's POV: Slater was arrested on February 5 on the petit theft charge. The story states that it's his fifth arrest in the county since 2007. I guess this means we can cross his name off the names from the past who will appear at Old School Raw on Monday.
