Nick Hogan to enter his plea in court on Friday

Nick Hogan will enter a plea the charge of felony reckless driving involving a serious bodily injury on Friday. TMZ.com reports that he is expected to plead either guilty or no contest and has not struck a deal with prosecutors. If that turns out to be the case, the judge will have complete control over sentencing and the victim's family will have a chance to testify at the sentencing hearing.
