Nick Hogan testifies on his own behalf

Nick Hogan testified on his own behalf and apologized to the Graziano family. He spoke about his charity work and claimed his charity has raised nearly $60,000 for brain injury research. He also turned to the family and apologized. "I've not gotten behind the wheel of a car since August 26, 2007," Nick said. He said he "loves John to death," and stated that Graziano was like an older brother to him. Nick said he will accept whatever punishment the judge gives him.
