The attorney for Nick Hogan filed a motion on Monday requesting that his client be released from jail and allowed to serve the remainder of his sentence on house arrest. "The situation creates an unbearable anxiety for a minor in solitary confinement," the attorney wrote regarding Nick serving his time away from the adult inmates.
The attorney also claimed that Hogan's "current confinement is neither fair nor acceptable and creates a mental and physical health risk to a 17 year-old." To read the full story, visit MyFoxTampaBay.com.
Powell’s POV: I think the mighty Hulkster said it best when he told his son, "Miz-an up." It's worth noting that the lawyer wants Nick to return home until his 18th birthday on July 27 and then return to jail to serve the remainder of his sentence with the general population.
I'm sure Nicky would get along great in gen pop. I'm guessing Nick wouldn't even return to jail before the lawyer would claim that that his client's celebrity status makes him a target for other inmates and thus he should be allowed to serve the full sentence at home in his father's mansion or one of the beach houses.
