Mike Graham memorial service, widow Diane comments on his death

The memorial service for Mike Graham was held on Friday at the Largo Cultural Center in Largo, Florida. His widow Diane was quoted by Bay News 9 from the backyard of her home. "There were no signs leading up to it, no warnings, my job was to protect him, you know," she said.

Diane also spoke about how Graham was affected by his son Steve Gossett and his father Eddie Graham taking their own lives. "When Steven took his life Mike said, ‘I must’ve been a bad son for my dad to do this and I must’ve been a bad father for my son to do this.' And he took it so personal that he felt guilty that he didn’t do it." Powell's POV: Diane also stated her belief that Mike made "a spur of the moment decision" to take his own life. Sadly, she heard the gunshot when Mike killed himself on October 18.
