Matt Hardy court hearing update

Former WWE and TNA wrestler Matt Hardy's court hearing that was scheduled for Thursday in Moore County, N.C. has been continued, according to James Caldwell of PWTorch.com. Hardy still faces charges of (1) driving while impaired and exceeding safe speed, (2) felony possession with the intent to distribute, felony possession, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for drugs, (3) misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and (4) misdemeanor violation of court order.

Powell's POV: A Hardy hearing continued in Moore County?!? If the Jeff Hardy case is any indication, Matt's case might be resolved sometime in 2013. I'm no Saul Goodman, but I wouldn't be surprised if the judge went easy on Matt, assuming he completed his WWE sponsored rehab program and stays out of trouble. If nothing else, Matt has looked much better in his recent Youtube videos, so here's hoping he's able to put these issues behind him and has his life back on track.
