Former WWE and TNA star Scott Hall had to be helped in and out of the ring at a Fall River, Mass. independent event promoted by Top Rope Promotions. Dot Net reader Kevin Silva attended the show and passed along the following report:

"Scott Hall came out and could barley stand. He needed two people to help him walk and get in and out of the ring. He also thought he was in England and not New England. After him talking nonsense on the mic to the crowd, Justin Credible and indy wrestler named Gino Giovanni, he would not leave the ring even after the segment was over. People were telling him to leave and eventually cops came to remove him from the ring."

Powell's POV: Kevin sent several photos along that show two police officers and others helping Hall from the ring. Hall mentioned that he wasn't in a good enough place to attend the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. As great as it would have been to see him onstage with the rest of The Kliq, I'm happy he didn't show up under the circumstances. Hall mentioned that he planned to go to rehab a while back, but he's popped up in enough online videos lately that it doesn't appear that he has gone through with it.
