Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's movie opens at No. 1

Get Smart is the No. 1 movie in the United States. It made $39.2 million at the box office on opening weekend, according to RottenTomatoes.com. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is a co-star, and WWE's Great Khali also has a role in the movie.

Powell’s POV: I haven't seen the movie yet, but a Dot Net reader (who didn't include his name) passed along the following note regarding Khali's role in the movie: "Just wanted to let you know that The Great Khali has a pretty big and amusing part in the new Rock movie, Get Smart. In fact, his one scene provides the biggest laughs in the movie. Wonder why WWE is not capitalizing on this?"

Good question. I assume they're not making any money off the movie, but you'd think they'd still promote Khali's involvement. Maybe they're concerned that it doesn't mesh with his character, which seems a little silly given that he appeared in other comedy roles before he signed with WWE.
