Brooke Hogan discusses politics and sets the women's movement back 100 years

A clip from "Brooke Knows Best" made this week's episode of "The Soup" on the E! network. "I actually am not that into voting," Brooke Hogan says in the clip. "It think it's kind of crazy that a woman is running and stuff because women deal with a lot of emotions and menopause and PMS and stuff. Powell’s POV: I've been looking at this all wrong. In retrospect, VH1 should be applauded for shining a spotlight on a mentally challenged individual for 30 minutes every week. Brooke is like this generation's Corky.
