Before the show, Goldust, Hurricane Helms, and Michael Elgin signed autographs and were very approachable and personable to every fan in line. When I met Goldust, I asked him why Vince McMahon won't put him in a WrestleMania match vs. Cody Rhodes, and he said Vince is very hard to figure out, but that he's holding out hope that it will happen at next year's WrestleMania. I second that! On to the matches...

1. Pepper Parks pinned Michael Elgin.

2. Caesar, Superbeast, and Yuri Koloff beat Franke Feathers, Brett Mednik, and Ron Falco.

3. Ryot fought Bill Collier to a double count out.

4. Caribbean Connection beat Rochester Wrecking Crew, James Santel & Sal Muracco, and The McGlomouses in a four-way tag match to become No. 1 contenders for the tag titles.

5. ESW Interstate Champion Kevin Bennett beat Gabreal Saint (w/ LadyLaLa) and "Inferno" Johnny Adams in a ladder match to retain.

Intermission

6. Chris Cooper beat "Hurricane" Shane Helms.

7. ESW Heavyweight Champion Blackjack Phoenix beat RJ City(w/ Brian Deville) to retain.

8. Goldust, Jonny Puma, and Freddie Midnight beat Brandon Thurston and The Flatliners.
