Hopkins, Minnesota at the Hopkins Pavilion
Report by Jason Powell

1. Sammy Savard defeated Matt Classic.

2. Heather Hallberg defeated Miss Natural.

3. Renny D and Ben Sailor defeated Rob Thunder and Red Lightning.

4. Arya Daivari defeated Ryan Cruz.

5. Craven Knyte defeated Rob James.

6. Honky Tonk Man beat Mitch Paradise.

7. Colt Cabana defeated Adam Pearce in an "I Quit" match to go up 3-0 in the Seven Levels of Hate series for the NWA Championship.

Powell's POV: The main event was strong with Cabana and Pearce brawling in the ring, at ringside, and into the crowd. Pearce appeared to win the match when Cabana was out with the top rope, which had been removed by Pearce, wrapped around his neck. However, the referee ruled that he never quit, so the match was restarted and Cabana got the win. I could see this result being overturned after the fact if they want to give Pearce a win without disappointing the live crowd, but the referee ruled Cabana the winner.

The other standout match was Daivari vs. Cruz. They worked together on the last SDW show in West St. Paul and also had a strong match. Arya is the younger brother of Shawn Daivari, and the two of them teamed in TNA offshoot Ring Ka King. The younger Daivari has come a long way and would fit in nicely in Ring of Honor or in TNA's X Division, or certainly in a tag team with his brother. Baron Von Raschke appeared and put The Claw on Dan Jesser. Baron still has incredible charisma after all these years and the crowd popped big when he used his longtime finishing hold. Rough crowd estimates were between 400 to 500. Overall, a good night of indy wrestling.
