Kester's WWE Raw Rundown: The Rock and John Cena focus on the win, Triple H gives recounts his feud with Brock Lesnar, and CM Punk earns his chance to end Undertaker's WrestleMania Streak

The Rock and John Cena
Thank goodness. I was worried heading into this feud that we'd see the exact same problem with this year's build that we got from Rock and Cena last year, but it appears WWE and the two stars have seen the errors in that approach.
Monday's build was all about each wrestler looking forward to a win, and that's exactly how it should be for a match like this. I'm still not completely excited to see this match again, but I am pleasantly surprised by the build thus far.
Triple H
Triple H's promo segment did the job of reminding viewers of the history between him and Lesnar. It wasn't the most enthralling progression of their feud, but it served the purpose of keeping the story in the mind of viewers without giving away too much that would be lost in the shuffle.
I hope WWE has something especial in mind for this particular WrestleMania showdown. The brawls between these two have been handled well, and at this point a regular match would feel like it lacked the brutality they have shown in their feud.
CM Punk and Undertaker
Taker's return was handled rather odd this year. That's not necessarily a complaint, but it was weird to just have him appears randomly and show that he'll be at WrestleMania when we've had so many years of a story setting up his yearly match.
I'm happy to see Punk get one of the highest profile matches on WrestleMania's card this year. He may be moving outside of the title picture, but WWE is rightfully treating him like one of their biggest stars. I'm looking forward to seeing where they go with the story over the next few weeks.
Overall Show
Monday's Raw was the best show in recent memory. We had solid hype for all of the major matches and the WrestleMania card is really beginning to take shape. The Old School format felt like a breath of fresh air.
