Kester's WWE Raw Rundown: CM Punk and Mick Foley picks Survivor Series teams, John Cena tries to explain his relationship with AJ, and 3MB makes me want to break my television

CM Punk and Mick Foley
I like the idea of CM Punk being involved in the Survivor Series tag match as well as that match being the main event of the card. It allows for several feuds to be stretched into winter while still giving Survivor Series the big show feel it needs.
Punk and Foley did well last night much like they did with their interaction a few weeks back. They were easily the highlight of the show, but unfortunately they did not have much competition in the way of memorable moments.
John Cena and AJ
I was intrigued about this idea last week, but they shoved me right into uncaring this week. This story has many of the same problems that the AJ Styles affair with Claire storyline did in TNA, albeit with slightly better acting. The better acting is offset by WWE being forced to keep an affair storyline PG, though, so it all rounds out to be equally groan-inducing.
I am not a fan of what this does to the Cena character. It may make people interested in him if they get caught up in the story, but they are having the company's biggest babyface's integrity questioned. Luckily, they have kept that suspicion to Vickie Guererro thus far, but if Cena's fellows began to question him then this storyline is a mistake.
Still, if there is a silver lining to all of this, it's that crazy AJ is back. Somewhat. She isn't showing her full range in backstage segments yet, but she's back in the ring and rocking her crazy chick style. I hope WWE finds a way to get back to that in full force, as it's what got her to not only be over, but it's what made her the hottest act in wrestling for a short while.
3MB
What the hell have they done to Drew McIntyre? Please make this stop as fast as possible. I like the idea of an undercard stable, but not one as moronic as what we've been given with this group.
Overall Show
Much like the PPV the night before, by the time Raw closed I felt disappointed. WWE continues to flounder in it pacing and although we are seeing undercard acts more often, we aren't getting compelling storylines to go with them. There are some storylines present, yes, but they are
