Austin Aries and Jeff Hardy

I'm not a fan of Aries tuning heel before the biggest PPV of the year.. if they were going to turn him, it would have been bets to do so at the PPV or weeks ago so he could go into the show white hot. As it stands, Aries is a fresh heel, and it gives away the main event ending for me. There's no reason to take a title off of a guy that just turned, so I have little doubt that Aries will be going over dirty on Sunday.

The comparisons to CM Punk seem more and more apt every week with Aries. I liked his character before this story, but now he is beginning to feel like a knockoff rather than the genuine superstar he became.

James Storm and Bobby Roode

TNA is doing a decent job of establishing the heat between these two. While I would prefer them to actually wrestle and not punch and kick their way through a match, TNA is doing a good job of building along the path they choose.

The problem is that I feel like this feud is more about an excuse to highlight King Mo than it is a blood feud between two longtime rivals. This entire feud has been hampered by add-ons, and this leg of it is no different.

Overall Show

Last night's show was entertaining, but it was by no means a success. The writing for the feuds in TNA is all over the place at the moment, and the show we got did not sell me on Bound For Glory this Sunday.
