Dot Net Major Announcement: Ad-free version of Dot Net now available! Features include a one-on-one audio interview with former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar, a member exclusive forum, and other enhanced features
Jun 30, 2008 - 02:39 PM

You asked for it and you got it. I've been flooded with requests for an ad-free version of Dot Net and I'm proud to announce that the Prowrestling.net Members' Website has officially launched.

Five bucks won't even get you into a first-run movie these days let alone cover the price of popcorn and a soda. Yet for only $5 per month, you'll receive a full month's worth of Dot Net entertainment. You'll get the first look at all Dot Net Exclusive news. You will have access to member exclusive Dot Net Podcasts and special articles. And you can listen to a Member exclusive interview I conducted with former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar.

You can also become a charter member of the new Dot Net member message board and interact with fellow readers, as well as me and new Dot Net blogger Rich Twilling. We can rap about anything from wrestling to sports to movies and television shows. I've even included a fantasy sports section. I was a Senior Editor at Fanball.com, so I'm happy to offer my suggestions to help you build a dominant fantasy football team (as long as I'm not playing against you).

Have you always wanted to write your own wrestling blog? Given the number of inquiries I've received about blogging positions, I know that many of you have. Dot Net members will be able to write their own blogs that will be available for other readers to review and even rate in the forum area.

I could go on and on about all the great perks of the members' website, but I also want to address possible concerns of readers who check out the ad-version of Dot Net on a daily basis and have come to rely on it as their daily source of wrestling information.

Let me assure you that you will get just as many news updates as you normally would and there will still be weekly "All Access" podcasts. You're still going to get the Dot Net Exclusive news in a timely manner, and my goal is still to make the free site your first source for pro wrestling news on the web.

I realize that the economy isn't exactly booming. I know some of you want your wrestling fix for free and that's cool. I also know that many of you have asked for enhanced features and I've tried to keep the price affordable and still bring you all the the features requested. Plus, I want to give charter members the best introductory price to thank and reward you for your patronage.

Finally, I dare you to compare. If you can find another pro wrestling website that offers all the features the new Dot Net members' website is offering at a better price, then go for it. Ultimately, I think you will find that the enhanced version of the Dot Net experience offers more bang for the buck than any comparable website.
