1. Chris Jericho won a battle Royal for shot at the WWE Championship later in the show. It was Big Show, Jericho, Mark Henry and Santino Marella as the final four. Jericho threw out Show and Henry when they were brawling near the ropes. Santino grabbed Jericho to throw him out and he mistakenly believed he had done so. He celebrated in Santino style while Jericho skinned the cat and came back to eliminate Santino. A little bit of a shame as the crowd would have gone crazy if Santino won....for once couldn’t WWE just do something fun like that? It wouldn’t have meant anything TV wise and the crowd was 100 percent behind Santino to win.

2. Paul Birchill defeated Hurricane Helms. Birchall got big heat even though he’s a local boy, and he won in the end.

3. Evan Bourne defeated Chavo Guerrero. Bourne won with his normal (highly impressive in person) finishing move.

4. Gail Kim and Melina defeated Jillian Hall and Alicia Fox. Very impressive match. Gail Kim, Jillian and Melina are definitely good wrestlers, and decent looking.

Intermission

5. Randy Orton beat Kofi Kingsto. Orton won comfortably I thought. Orton is class and cheers for him outweighed the boos by far. Kofi still a way off looking like he can compete with Orton at the moment for me.

6. Triple H and Shawn Michaels defeated Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase. DX received huge pop from the crowd, I know all the minus points for those two, but in person they are brilliant and very entertaining before and during the match. HHH won us over easily by slating the Sheffield crowd and saying that they can’t always come to the o2, although their back in April after WM. At one point Rhodes and DiBiase were running around showing their asses as a result of Michaels and HHH. We speculated whether they lost a bet backstage with DX to do that! DX won with a Hornswoggle assist.

7. John Cena defeated Chris Jericho to retain the WWE Championship. Jericho and Cena received mixed crowd reactions. Jericho was brilliant on the mic to start, especially when someone from a good distance in the crowd impressively managed to get him on the face with a DX glow stick. Jericho either sold it really well or was a little pissed, either way, great entertainment when the remaining glow sticks in the o2 showered down on him. Cena won in the end from a second Attitude Adjustment after they both went through their finishing moves once. Cena bigged up the London crowd, thanked us for cheering him and Jericho, and sent us home!
