WWE Supershow Live Event
Lowell, Mass.
Report by Dot Net Member Zim (results also sent in by Dennis Jackson)

Mostly kids and families. Not nearly as many "smart" fans as there were at RAW on Monday. Rough crowd estimate 3000-4000 in attendance.

1. Brodus Clay pinned JTG. Clay won with his Splat!

Dean Ambrose cut a promo on how you might not know who he is, but soon enough everyone will know the name Dean Ambrose. Me and maybe 50 other people knew who he was, and cheered him.

2. Dean Ambrose pinned Alex Riley with a snap DDT. Ambrose came out to crickets and left to massive heat. That's a good sign, IMO.

3. Christian beat Cody Rhodes to retain the Intercontinental Title. Christian won with a frog splash.

4. Kofi Kingston and Zack Ryder beat Primo and Epico to retain the WWE Tag Titles. Classic false finish, Kofi's foot was on the rope so a second ref came down. The match restarted and the babyface a hit their finishers and made the cover in unison.

John Cena came out for the handicap match. He was followed by David Otunga, who had a new entrance aspect. After he gets to the stage, his music and tron shut off and the lights die. He is hit by a single spotlight and does a posing routine to a quiet drum mix song with all eyes on him. Big Show was out next.

5. John Cena beat Big Show and David Otunga in a handicap match. Cena won when Big Show accidentally hit the WMD on Otunga, Cena hit the AA on Big Show and then pinned Otunga.

Intermission

6. Layla retained over Beth Phoenix to retain the WWE Divas Championship. Layla won with the Lay-Out.

7. C.M. Punk beat Daniel Bryan Bryan in a Street Fight to retain the WWE Championship. Punk won with the GTS. A good match with good uses of chairs and kendo sticks.

8. Sheamus beat Kane to retain the World Championship in a steel cage match. Sheamus won by escaping over the cage before Kane escaped out the door. Loud "boring" chants. And from some of the less educated fans, we got "you can't wrestle" chants. Hogwash, Kane is among top big men ever and though I'm not a fan, Sheamus is a good worker.

Biggest Pops
Cena
Punk
A-Ry

Most Heat
Bryan (some yes chants however, from yours truly, among some others)
Big Show
Otunga
Ambrose post-promo/match
