2/26 WWE Raw in Amarillo, Tex.: John Cena and Mark Henry vs. Randy Orton and Big Show, Ted DiBiase attacks Cody Rhodes, The Miz vs. MVP for the U.S. Title, Jack Swagger vs. Christian

The Amarillo Colliseum was about 95 percent full. The action started promptly at 7:30.

1. Christian defeated Jack Swagger. A good back and forth match to start the night. Christian pinned Swagger after the Killswitch. Christian was over better than anyone until intermission - he really knows how to work a crowd.

2. William Regal beat Primo. No crowd heat, a very lackluster performance.

3. Maryse defeated Kelly Kelly to retain the Divas Championship. Another lackluster performance ending in Maryse pinning Kelly Kelly.

4. Santino over Chavo Guerrero. A very entertaining match. Santino is hilarious in person. Toward the end of the match, Chavo hit the Three Amigos and tried to follow up with a frog splash. However, every time He went to the top rope, Santino rolled to the other side of the ring. Santino won with a roll-up.

5. Chris Masters and Eve beat Carlito and Alicia Fox. Masters captivated the crowd with his dancing pecs. Masters and Eve won with dual Masterlocks.

Intermission

6. Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne beat Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes. Very good match, these guys can work a lot better than you could believe just by watching Raw. Bourne with a Shoting Star Press on Cody followed by a pin. After the match DiBiase laid out Cody Rhodes.

7. The Miz pinned MVP to retain the U.S. Title. The last time the US title changed hands in Amarillo Terry Funk beat Lance Storm. It wouldn't happen again tonight. Miz pinned MVP after an exciting match which saw a lot of botched moves from both contestants.

8. John Cena and Mark Henry over Randy Orton and Big Show. Cena never gets booed in Amarillo, I was the only one in the audience booing him tonight. Orton got a lot more cheers than boos. Big show was also fairly well liked. Cena pinned Big Show after an Attitude Adjustment. The crowd went wild with Cena's poses after the match, which ended at 10:15.

The merchandise stands were horrible - only two workers per stand and the lines had hundreds of people for the entire event.

Most heel heat - Miz and Jack Swagger

Most face cheers - John Cena by a mile, followed by Kofi and Orton. They gotta turn Orton soon, he's gonna make a great babyface.
