Superstars on WWE.com
Taped earlier in North Little Rock, Arkansas and Memphis, Tennessee.

1. Evan Bourne (w/Kofi Kingston) defeated Epico (w/Primo) in 8:28. The two worked some chain wrestling to start the match. Bourne gained control first, but Epico quickly turned the tables and hit a butterfly suplex for a near fall.

Epico went to work targeting Bourne's lower back as the show went to commercial… [C]

Back from the break, Bourne started a flurry, but Epico caught him and went into his rolling back suplexes. Epico locked in a Gory Special and contorted Bourne's back.

Bourne eventually reversed the hold into a roll-up attempt for a near fall. Bourne then went on the offense, running quickly through his signature spots. Bourne floored Epico with a kick and ascended the ropes. Primo tried to get involved, but Kingston took him out before he could do any damage.

Bourne hit AirBourne and covered Epico for the 1-2-3… [C]

Ryan's Rant: Some of my colleagues have complained about the trio of Epico, Primo, and Rosa Mendes, but I disagree with their viewpoints. The group has a good dynamic and they just happen to have a common Latino heritage. They haven't done anything even remotely as unforgivably obnoxious as Mexican America. Plus, the matches I have seen from Epico and Primo have been highly entertaining, and this was no exception. Now, if that changes and they are put into a program that is based on their ethnicity, I will crawl all over it. It hasn't happened yet, however, and I think it's far too early to judge a new stable for the sins of its TNA counterpart.

2. Mason Ryan defeated JTG in 3:29. Ryan dominated to start, but JTG dropkicked Ryan's legs out from under him and he locked in a rest hold. Ryan almost immediately battled out and JTG took out his legs again before locking in another rets hold. They repeated this sequence several times in a row.

Ryan finally broke the cycle and locked in a full nelson on JTG. He swung JTG around a few times before finishing the hold with a slam. Ryan covered JTG for the three count… [C]

Ryan's Rant: What is with the two main companies getting these huge guys only to have them spend the majority of their matches on the defense? I can understand not wanting to wind them with a long burst of offense, but it's pretty much stalling because they end up hitting their finisher for the squash win regardless.

3. Yoshi Tatsu defeated Tyson Kidd in 4:14. Tatsu went on the offense early, but Kidd caught Tatsu with a kick. Kidd locked in a few rest holds.

Tatsu reversed a dragon sleeper and worked a kick combo on Kidd. Tatsu went to the top rope and flew but Kidd rolled out of the way and Tatsu crashed on the mat… [C]
Kidd went for a beautiful springboard moonsault and missed. Tatsu caught Kidd, as his tried to stand, with a Buzzsaw Kick, and Tatsu covered Kidd for the win.

Ryan's Rant: Kidd did a flashy move, but otherwise I've seen this same match several times before. The announcers are even running out of reasons why these two keep wrestling each other.

The Raw Rebound focused on the main event; completely with Kane's attempt to drag Zack Ryder to hell… [C]

4. Jinder Mahal beat Ezekiel Jackson in 6:04. Jackson imposed his will throughout much of the early going, hitting a series of power moved and shoulder blocks.

Mahal fought back when Jackson was adhering to a five count, and he hit a series of quick neckbreakers. Mahal continued to target Jackson's neck and locked in a rest hold.

Jackson battled back and threw Mahal from post to post. He then went into his body slam series before attempting to lock in the Torture Rack. Mahal countered and threw Jackson into the post shoulder-first. Mahal locked in the Camel Clutch, and Jackson tapped out after a couple of moments.

Ryan's Rant: That was an ok match that capped off an ok Superstars. There's was nothing really terrible about this show, but everything felt mediocre and dull after the opening match. Thus, if you are thinking of watching this show, I would recommend watching the first match to enjoy some of Epico's fresh move set and Rosa's dance moves, and then closing the tab. Trust me, you won't be missing much.
