[Q1] The show kicked off with the opening montage for the first time in a long time and we got the pyro show for the hot crowd. The announcers hyped the Del Rio Rumble win and the pinata for the celebration later on. Booker T was announced as the new member of the SD announce team and he did a Spinarooni...

Vickie Guerrero came out and interrupted all of the good heat Booker brought and turned it into her deafening heel heat. She said tonight will be a night that everyone will never forget and she has assembled Elimination Chamber qualifying matches. She said tonight, there will be a 2 on 3 match for the world title and demanded Kelly Kelly to come to the ring. She confronted Kelly and blamed her for Dolph not winning the world title. She said it would be easy to fire her, but she would rather humiliate her and make her suffer.

Kelly talked about Vickie and Dolph tried to shut her up and blamed her for not being the world title. Still shots was shown of Edge spearing Dolph and Dolph basically repeated everything Vickie said. He told Kelly to get out of ring and she slapped Dolph. Kelly pushed Vickie and LayCool came out to confont Kelly. Edge came for the save and knocked out Dolph.

Mind of Marv: Atrocious segment to kick off the show. Besides Vickie, everyone else is horrible on the stick and it became hard to watch. In my opinion, the chickenshit heel is continuing to look weak and his manager is continuing to fail in screwing the champion.

[Q2] The announcers recapped the 2 on 3 match that is set for later on tonight. Footage from Raw was shown with Randy Orton punting Husky Harris in the skull. The Corre came out with a remixed version of their entrance theme...

1. Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel defeated WWE Tag Team Champions Vladimir Kozlov and Santino Marella in a non-title match in 3:00. Gabriel and Kozlov started the matchup and Kozlov hit a couple hiptosses to Gabriel. Slater got shoulderblocked by Kozlov and tagged in Santino. Santino got some minimal offense but Slater had control of the match. Kozlov got back in the match but Slater hit his finisher, tagged in Gabriel and he hit the 450 for the win....[C]

Mind of Marv: Quick and boring match. I like that these former NXT guys have tag team potential, but its hard to care when WWE doesn’t give a shit about tag teams.

The Smack of the Night was Del Rio getting pinned by Rey and Kofi last week. Kofi came out to a huge pop...

Mind of Marv: A young Booker T and Kofi would be one hell of a tag team...

2. Drew McIntyre defeated Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match in 13:00. Kofi hit a shoulder toss and went for a quick rollup for a nearfall. Drew went for a quick cover and he stomped on Kofi. Drew hit a bodyslam and Kofi countered with a elbow for a nearfall.

[Q3] Kofi applied a armbar to Drew and Drew countered out. Kofi missed a crossbody but he hit a clothesline to Drew out of the ring. Drew picked up Kofi and dropped him on the ringsteps. [C]

The show returned with Drew applying a submission to Kofi. Drew hit a tilt-o-whirl gutbuster to Kofi for a nearfall. Kofi went to the ropes but Drew kicked Kofi in the gut for a nearfall. Kofi kicked Drew but Drew worked on him in the corner. Drew hit a standing dropkick to Kofi for a nearfall. Drew went for a clothesline but Kofi countered into a DDT for a nearfall. Kofi stomped a mudhole in Drew and hit a 180 Boom Drop. Kofi setup for the Trouble in Paradise but Drew moved out of the way. Alberto Del Rio popped up and winked at Kofi on the Titan Tron and Kofi got Future Shocked...

Mind of Marv: What a way to bury your IC champion and push someone who doesn’t even deserve to in this match. Sigh. Overall, we got another boring match with the wrong person winning. I guess Kofi Kingston is mid-card for life or does politics play a part?

[Q4] 3. Rey Mysterio defeated Jack Swagger in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match in 10:30. Rey got his kick onto Swagger and went for a quick rollup for a nearfall. Rey used the ropes and tossed Swagger out...[C]

The show returned with Rey ramming into Swagger and kicking him in his jaw. Rey hit a bulldog to Swagger for a nearfall. Rey hit a lateral press and a kick to Swagger for a nearfall. Rey went for the 619 but Swagger rolled out and applied pressure to Rey’s knee. Swagger slammed Rey’s knee into the ring and ringpost. Swagger slammed Rey’s head into the announce table and continue to put pressure on Rey’s knee.

Swagger missed a splash and Rey hit a DDT for a nearfall. Rey went for the 619 again, but Swagger countered out. Rey kicked Swagger in the shoulder and pinned Swagger afterwards.

Mind of Marv: Not a five star classic, but this was a very good match. Jack Swagger over the past year has been damaged goods and it seems that they don’t know what to do with him. He went from world champion to a lame duck mid-carder.

[Q5] Edge was talking to Kelly Kelly in the back and Kelly accused Edge for not having faith in her and she said sorry wasn’t good enough after he apologized to her. [C]

Hornswoggle and a jet black Rosa Mendes was giving away free stuff. Rich Rod introduced Del Rio and he came out with a white BMW...

Del Rio said it was his destiny to win the Rumble and his destiny is to win the world title at Mania. He said that he was going to have his party right now. He talked about the pinata and he purposely botched the location. Del Rio spoke slow for Hornswoggle and gave him the stick. Horny hit Del Rio with the stick and Del Rio hit a big boot to Horny. Del Rio beat up on Horny and Kofi came out for the save. Rich Rod distracted Kofi and Del Rio beat Kofi with the stick and applied his submission.

The referees came out and saved Kofi...

Mind of Marv: Couldn’t Del Rio beat on Hornswoggle for five more minutes? Damn. But Del Rio/Kofi could be a money feud in the future....possibly Summerslam if build up correctly?

[Q6] Tough Enough was hyped and Booker T said that he will be a coach on the show...

4. Kane squashed Chavo Guerrero in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match in 1:00. Chavo got some brief offense, but Kane attempted to chokeslam him off the rope. Chavo went to the frogsplash but Kane caught him and chokeslammed him...

Mind of Marv: Total squash, moving right along...

The trailer for The Chaperone was shown and all of the participants of the SD Elimination Chamber was shown...[C]

[Q7] 5. Wade Barrett beat Big Show in a Elimination Chamber qualifying match in 2:00. Show chopped up and punched Wade for the first minute until Wade came back with a low drop kick to Show. Show threw Wade into the ref and The Corre interfered. Wade went for a pin but Show kicked out. Wade kicked Show and got the quick win....

Post match, The Corre attacked Show and Zeke Jackson say the end is near. The SD Chamber match is set and the world title is on the line, next...[C]

Mind of Marv: Zeke Jackson is a damn freak! Good way to represent Guyana. But Barrett can be a nice wild card in this matchup if they want to change the title in this match. At this point, this match is for shits and giggles because we are getting Edge vs. Del Rio at Mania...

[Q8] Everyone was introduced and Vickie banned the Spear again...

6. World Heavyweight Champion Edge and Kelly Kelly defeated Dolph Ziggler and LayCool in a two on three handicap match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship in 10:15. Dolph attacked Edge early in the matchup with punches. Edge hit a crossboody and a flapjack to Dolph. Edge hit a baseball slide to Dolph and tossed him back in the ring. Edge was hesitant to tag Kelly in and they took the last commerical break...[C]

The show returned with McCool beating on Kelly. Kelly got some offense, but McCool swung Kelly into the security barrier. LayCool took turns beating on Kelly and McCool hit a belly to belly suplex for a nearfall. Kelly smacked McCool and LayCool continued beating on Kelly. Layla applied a neck scissors to Kelly and Kelly broke out and got a bling tag to Edge.

McCool kicked Layla by mistake and Kelly speared Layla for the win. Post match, Vickie got in the ring and congratulated Kelly and FIRED her. Kelly cried and Vickie went batshit crazy. Vickie said that Edge will face Dolph next week and she will be the special referree. She started to laugh and Dolph hit a Zig Zag to close the show....

Mind of Marv: First of all, do not ever put LayCool in a main event ever again unless its Superstars. Secondly, Kelly Kelly did some of the worst acting in 2011. Next, this match was not even worth the main event time. This match was hard to endure and its like we seen all of this before.

Overall, this was a very average show and it was only slightly better than Raw and that's saying a lot. This show did not click with me and the people in the Elimination Chamber besides Barrett and Edge do nothing for me. As predictable as WWE is, Teddy Long may pop out of nowhere and Edge will keep his belt next week.
