By Marv Hermanstyne

[Q1] The opening montage aired and the team of Scott Stanford and Jerry "The King" Lawler welcomed us to the show.

1. Mark Henry defeated Jey Uso in 3:30. Both men locked up and Henry took the early advantage with a clothesline. Jey hit an drop toe hold to Henry on the ropes and Jimmy took advantage from the outside with an kick to Henry’s face. Jey covered for a nearfall. Henry got up and pressed Jey.

Henry tried to smush Jey but Jey moved and kick Henry in the knee. Jey went to the top and hit an jumping clothesline for a nearfall.

Jey hit two stink-faces to Henry in the corner for a nearfall. Jey missed a flying headbutt and Henry hit instant offense on Jey. Henry hit a big boot and the World’s Strongest Slam for the win...

Mind of Marv: This was a quick and painless match...its not must see TV, its more dark match worthy if you ask me.

The main event is Chris Masters vs. Tyler Reks...[C]

Tyson Kidd came out and footage of the Harts breaking up on Raw two weeks ago...

2. Zack Ryder defeated Tyson Kidd in 10:30. Ryder hit an elbow and clothesline to Kidd to start the match. Ryder and Kidd exchanged moves until Kidd rolled Ryder for a nearfall. Kidd applied an cross armbar to Ryder and went for the Sharpshooter, but Ryder countered into an hangman and a kick to Kidd to knock him outside of the ring. [C] [Q2]

The show returned with Ryder applying an body scissors to Kidd. Kidd catapulted Ryder in the corner and Ryder caught himself and hit a big boot for a nearfall. Ryder applied an abdominal stretch to Kidd. Kidd got back on offense and hit a swinging side suplex for a nearfall. Ryder hit a sitting powerbomb to Kidd for a nearfall.

Kidd got a rollup on Ryder for a nearfall. Ryder hit an running knee to Kidd and Kidd countered with an kick and flying leg drop on the rope. DH Smith came out to distract Kidd and Ryder hit the Ruff Ryder for the win...

Mind of Marv: Nice win for Ryder, but this match disappointed me because it did nothing for me. I don’t want to see an Kidd vs. DH Smith feud because this tag team should have never been broken up in the first place to begin with. Ugh, WWE I loathe you for this pathetic booking...

Reks vs. Masters is still to come....[C]

[Q3] An NXT commerical was shown about Goldust and Aksana’s wedding for next week...

Mind of Marv: This should be an clusterf*** of an online show next week. High five to Twilling for covering this show....

MVP came out to his new theme, VIP Ballin’...

3. MVP defeated Curt Hawkins in 4:35. MVP hit multiple shoulderblocks and clotheslines early for a nearfall. Hawkins slammed MVP’s arm and hit a clothesline for an nearfall. Hawkins hit a big boot to MVP for a nearfall. MVP went for a rollup but Hawkins countered with a clothesline for a nearfall. Hawkins kicked MVP in the back multiple times for a nearfall.

MVP threw Hawkins, hit his instant offense and hit the Ballin’ Elbow. MVP missed the Drive By Kick and Hawkins hit a neckbreaker to MVP for a nearfall. Hawkins went for the Heat Seeking Elbow but Hawkins missed and MVP hit the Play of the Day for the win..

Reks vs. Masters is later tonight...[C]

Mind of Marv: This was an average match at best, but it didn’t bore me so that’s an good thing.

[Q4] The Daniel Byran feature video and the Raw Rebound was shown...

Chris Masters came out with a nice shiner from the injury he suffered last week on Superstars. [C]

4. Tyler Reks defeated Chris Masters in 4:20. Both men exchanged blows and Masters used his power advantage by going for the Masterlock early. Reks worked on Masters by shoving him into the ringpost for a nearfall. Reks used his power to dominate Masters with a fallaway slam for an nearfall.

Masters hit a jawbreaker to Reks and he hit instant offense and a flying shoulderblock. Masters went for the Master Lock, but Reks hit his finisher to win the match...

Mind of Marv: This was a forgettable main event, but I like this heel Tyler Reks. This repackaging has really did wonders for him and hopefully they can cash in by pushing him.

I will have the Superstars Hitlist ready tomorrow and join me and Jason Powell in the Dot Net forum to discuss TNA Impact . See you tomorrow for Smackdown.
