Main Event on Ion Television
Taped earlier in Toledo, Ohio.

[Q1] 1. Alberto Del Rio vs. R-Truth (w/Xavier Woods). Truth took the early advantage and connected with a dive to the outside that sent Del Rio reeling. Del Rio caught Truth on the way back into the ring and began working on Truth's neck.

Truth got in a few hope spots, but Del Rio managed to maintain control of the momentum. Del Rio missed a running kick and tumbled to the floor… [C]

Back from the break, Del Rio continued his assault on Truth's neck. Truth got his boots up when Del Rio charged him in the corner, but Del Rio was able to hit an armbreaker drop to maintain the upper hand.

Late in the match, Truth began to make his comeback and worked through his signature spots. Del Rio reversed a suplex into a backstabber for a near fall.

[Q2] Del Rio nailed a running enziguri for another near fall. Del Rio called for the Crossarm breaker, but Truth managed to slip out. Truth set up for a superplex, but Del Rio pushed him off into the tree of woe position. Del Rio followed with a double stomp for the pinfall victory…

Alberto Del Rio defeated R-Truth in 11:34 of TV time.

Backstage, Aksana and Alicia Fox were talking up Tamina when the Bellas and Natalya showed up to brag about their recent win. The women bickered for a few moments before Natalya stepped in and said "may the best Diva win." The heels called Natalya old, and Natalya implied that Tamina was a man. Keep it classy, WWE… [C]

Ryan's Reaction: Solid enough match, but it was effectively an enhancement showcase for Del Rio that lasted far longer than it needed to. I'm not sure if WWE is attempting to give Del Rio a new finisher or not, but the double stomp out of the corner lacks the impact needed to be a climactic finish for a match.

AJ Lee joined the announcers on commentary.

2. Natalya vs. Tamina Snuka (w/ AJ Lee). Tamina took control early and targeted Natalya's legs. Tamina set up for a superkick, but Natalya rolled underneath it and rolled Tamina up for the surprise pin…

Natalya defeated Tamina in 3:11.

After the match, AJ pounced on Natalya and Tamina superkicked Natalya when she tried to retaliate. The Funkadactyls ran down to make the save and AJ retreated up the ramp…

[Q3] Michael Cole asked Triple H about The Rhodes Brothers' rematch clause. Triple H announced that they would get another shot at the titles, this time in a steel cage match on Raw to avoid interference… [C]

Ryan's Reaction: That match was barely there, but it was more about the post-match attack than it was about the contest between Tamina and Natalya.

The Raw Rebound focused on the build towards the Elimination Chamber match at the PPV of the same name… [C]

[Q4] 3. The Uso Brothers and Big E Langston vs. 3MB. The Usos set the pace early and overwhelmed Heat Slater early. Slater tagged in Mahal, but he faired about as well as Slater did.

Jey Uso tagged in Big E Langston, who continued to tear into Mahal. McIntyre checked in for 3MB and Langston continued to manhandle his opposition. Langston sent every heel to the floor and he and the Usos hit tandem dives onto their opponents… [C]

Back from the break, the babyface team continued its dominance until McIntyre reversed a corner rebound with a kick. 3MB worked a quick series of tags as each man took turns putting the boots to Jey Uso.

Jey managed to get a tag off to Jimmy, but his offense was short-lived before 3MB managed to overwhelm him with their numbers. The heels went back into their quick tag routine.

Jimmy eventually got the hot tag off to Langston, who stormed the ring with a series of power moves. The Uso Brothers hit a superkick on Mahal and McIntyre, and they set up on the two far corners. Langston hit the Big Ending as The Usos hit stereo Superfly Splashes for a cool visual.

Each wrestler covered their respective opponent for the 1-2-3.

Big E Langston and The Uso Brother defeated 3MB in 10:02 of TV time.

Ryan's Reaction: Fun match. Langston got to display more agility than normal due to the inherent breaks provided by the tag team format. The final spot was an impressive visual and made for a fun close to the show. Overall, a passable edition of Main Event that went by quicker than normal weeks.
