Dot Net reader Dewayne Smith attended the WWE Smackdown taping tonight and passed along the following details.

No Jim Ross tonight. Michael Cole and Todd Grisham are on commentary.

1. Dolph Ziggler defeated Finlay and Mike Knox to earn a spot on Team Smackdown at Bragging Rights.

2. Cryme Tyme defeated The Hart Dynasty. Both members of Cryme Tyme will represent Team Smackdown at Bragging Rights. Dewayne wrote that he can't understand why they don't give the Hart Dynasty a push. "These guys are amazing," he wrote.

3. Eric Escobar (w/Vickie Guerrero) defeated Matt Hardy. Vickie came out to heavy heat, while Hardy got a huge pop. Vickie distracted the referee while Escobar rolled up Hardy and held onto his tights for the win.

Dewayne writes that Kane joined Team Smackdown earlier, but he missed the details because he stepped out with his son.

The Miz and John Morrison did The Dirt Sheet. You could tell these guys have good chemistry whether they are friends or foes. Miz said he is the Shawn Michaels of The Rockers, and Morrison is Marty Jannetty. Morrison told Miz he is a mixture of Mr. Ed, Michael Phelps, Pink, and Big Dick Johnson.

Morrison said all Raw was a version of Saturday Night Live. He asked whether Big Bird was going to host next week. Morrison challenged him to a match during this show, but The Miz left the ring. Great segment.

4. Drew McIntyre defeated R-Truth via countout to earn a spot on Team Smackdown at Bragging Rights. Not much for either one of these guys.

5. Rey Mysteiro defeated Batista. Both men came out to huge pops. The match started slowly. I guess it's due to them being friends. Mysterio won with the 619. It wasn't one of the best matches I've seen. They raised each other's hands after the match.

Batista left the ring while Rey was posing for the crowd. C.M. Punk ran in and hit the GTS on Mysterio. Batista came back and ran off Punk.

Dark Match

1. Undertaker defeated C.M. Punk to retain the World Hvt. Championship. I thought they were going to blow the roof off the place when Taker came out. He won with the Tombstone.

Overall, this wasn't the greatest Smackdown I've ever seen, but it was pretty good.
